The Federal Communication Commission voted three to two to issue new rules that would attempt to regulate the operations of the internet.

There are over three hundred pages of the new rules that were approved for release this week.

South Dakota Senator John Thune says he has a much simpler alternative…

Thune says his bill would give everyone equal access to the net…

Thune says the issue became more partisan as the FCC prepared to release their rules…

Thune says he will have the Chairman of the FCC before his Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee on March 18th.
