Thune Makes His Mark On Twitter

The Twitterverse jumped all over a Tweet sent by South Dakota Senator John Thune. He wrote earlier this week “Six million people risk losing their health care subsidies, yet (The President) continues to deny that Obamacare is bad for the American people.” The reaction was mostly that republicans brought on that risk by taking the insurance subsidy issue to court.

Thune admits it was probably not written well…

 

The President has said the issue could be handled by changing one sentence in the law authorizing the Affordable Care Act.

Thune says despite the reaction, they think the program is a failure…

 

The Supreme Court is expected to rule at any time on the subsidy issue. Thune says republicans will have a plan to continue insurance coverage for those that need it…
