Two incumbents and one challenger are running for two House seats in the District 16 republican primary next month.

Challenger Karla Lems of Canton says the last election prompted her to get involved this time….

Lems says she is interested in tax policy…..

Other candidates in the race include Representative Kevin Jensen of Canton who is running for his fourth term, and Representative Richard Vasgaard of Centerville who is running for his second term. Vasgaard was originally elected from District 17.
