Three Missouri Valley Football Conference teams are in the top ten of the final regular season FCS Coaches and STATS FCS ratings.

North Dakota State is 4th in the STATS poll and 6th in the Coaches Poll. South Dakota State is 6th in the STATS ratings and fifth in the Coaches poll.

Western Illinois joined the top ten in both ratings while South Dakota dropped out of the top ten after losing to NDSU. The Coyotes are 15th and 16th in the polls.
