The Yankton City Commission this week held a work session prior to their regular meeting to talk about issues related to COVID-19.

Commissioners in their regular session then had first reading of an ordinance that could be put into effect rapidly if more restrictions due to the spread of the coronavirus are needed. No date was set for the second reading of the ordinance when it would be effective.
