Covid-19 vaccines have been approved with Pfizer last week and Moderna getting the nod this weekend.
The vaccines have been received in the area and front-line health care workers are getting the shots.
This week we hear from Avera Health and how they are handling the vaccines and immunizing their employees.

Liz Healy is the Infection Control Specialist with Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton and says they are working with the state to distribute the vaccines..
