The Governor, Abortion and the GOP Leadership

Welcome to the Weekend File, a public affairs presentation of WNAX News.
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem had a difference of opinion with republican leadership in the House over a bill that would ban abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected. Her bill was not heard in the House State Affairs Committee.
She held a news conference to talk about that and other legislative issues….https://soundcloud.com/wnax-radio/noem-edit-205?si=d55fd5d2662040508cb33723b185bafa&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing

The issue also came up in the GOP leadership news conference with House Majority Leader Kent Peterson of Salem and Assistant Leader Chris Johnson of Rapid City…..
