Summit Carbon Solutions is planning a pipeline to transport liquid carbon dioxide from ethanol plants in Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota to underground storage in North Dakota.
A forum was held at Dakotafest this week on the pipeline proposal.
