Welcome to the Weekend File, a public affairs presentation of WNAX News.

This week a long awaited plan took shape with the groundbreaking for the new Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Center in Yankton.

The new facility will be a 60 thousand square foot building at a cost of twenty six million dollars.
