The Yankton County Commission this week held a public hearing on proposed amendments to the county zoning ordinance dealing with livestock facilities. This is part of the public comments made on the proposed changes.

After the hearing, the commission voted three to two to return the amendments to the planning and zoning commission for more discussion.
