A number of conservative groups say Nebraska Senator Bill Kintner of Papillion has taken the correct steps in wake of his cybersex scandal.
They say the legislature should leave it at that.
Spokesman Joe Herring says the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission has already fined Kintner one-thousand dollars for misuse of a state-owned computer
Herring says there are no grounds for calling a special session
The Unicameral Executive Board will consider disciplinary action when it meets later this week.
