The USDA’s Farm Service Agency and the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service testified before the House Ag Subcommittee on Conservation, Research and Biotechnology. During that hearing, the FSA pointed out that the Conservation Reserve Program has proven to be a successful program.
