The Battle Over Keystone XL Will Resume in Nebraska

A battle will resume against plans to build the Keystone XL oil pipeline through Nebraska.

Bold Nebraska, which has expanded to become Bold Alliance, vows to fight TransCanada’s application for a permit before the Nebraska Public Service Commission.

Jane Kleeb with the group argues TransCanada cannot be granted a new route to build Keystone XL, but must follow the old route used to build the existing Keystone pipeline.

Kleeb says Bold Nebraska stopped Keystone XL before and will stop it again.

TransCanada has re-filed its application to build Keystone XL through Nebraska with the state Public Service Commission.
