Though South Dakota has been ranked as the most dangerous state for teen drivers, the cost of insuring teen drivers is among the lowest in the country.
A report from InsuranceQuotes ranks South Dakota the fifth least expensive state to insure teen drivers. A couple adding a single teen driver to their policy would increase their premiums by 59 percent.
