A proposal to possibly move the Law School at the University of South Dakota from Vermillion to Sioux Falls will be studied by a special task force.

Recent studies have found that an increasing number of law school graduates are having a difficult time passing the bar exam.
Mickelson says he would like to have some conclusions from the task force later this fall.
