Hopes for an end to the Covid-19 pandemic were raised again yesterday with news that the vaccine being developed by Moderna was ninety four percent effective.

She says they will be in the test for many more months…

Webber says she was thrilled to hear the news about the effectiveness of the vaccine….

Webber is chaplain for the Yankton Fire and Police Departments while her husband is an EMT for the Yankton County Ambulance Service.
