The South Dakota State Railroad Board decided to wait for the results of a feasibility study before making any decisions on a proposal to turn an idle rail spur into a walking – biking trail.

Ron Wagner of Tyndall, with the group, “Friends of the Tabor to Platte Rail to Trail” told the board of their change in plans….
