The Timberwolves rank 26th in a “Forbes Magazine” list of the NBA’s most valuable franchises.  Forbes values the T’wolves at 430-million-dollars.  The average value of an NBA franchise is now 634-million, up 25-percent from a year ago.  The New York Knicks top the list at 1.4-billion-dollars, while the Milwaukee Bucks are at the bottom at 405-million.
