Summit League officials released the men’s and women’s schedules for the upcoming 2019-20 basketball seasons Monday.

Both slates begin on Sunday, Dec. 29 with a trio of doubleheaders.

For the 12th-straight year, the men and women will culminate their seasons in Sioux Falls, S.D., inside the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center, March 7-10. The 2020 Championships will mark the sixth consecutive season the four-day event will be played at the PREMIER Center.

Season tips on Sunday, Dec. 29, for both men and women with the following matchups: North Dakota State at Denver, Omaha at South Dakota State, and South Dakota at Western Illinois.

The Omaha and South Dakota State men’s tilt will pit the top two teams from the 2018-19 regular season with the defending champion Jackrabbits being led by first-year head coach Eric Henderson.

The first rematch of last season’s women’s Summit League Championship game between SDSU and South Dakota will take place in Vermillion on Jan. 18 with the encore set for Brookings on Feb. 22.
