The Minnesota Association of Realtors is predicting an uptick in housing transactions this spring. C-E-O Chris Galler says closed and pending sales were off slightly this year while the median sales price went up more than seven percent:
Galler says an eight-point-six-percent increase in new listings in November is good news for home buyers because it means more sellers are preparing to make a move. He believes the first half of 2019 is going to be strong.
