A minimum-security state prison inmate who failed to return to the minimum-security unit on the grounds of the South Dakota State Penitentiary on July 17th is back in custody.
Inmate Ryan Dahl was apprehended in Sioux Falls, S.D., on July 27, 2015.
He was placed on escape status after failing to report back to the minimum-security unit from his job search at the appointed time.
