State of South Dakota Ready to Sell More Land in Redfield

The deadline is approaching for the City of Redfield to decide if they want to buy land and buildings on the South Dakota Developmental Center campus.
School & Public Lands Commissioner Ryan Brunner says they have been working with the city on a possible deal…….

Brunner says the state would also transfer some vacant buildings with the land sale…..

Brunner says the land has been surveyed to prepare it to sell……….

There is about one hundred twenty-five acres to be sold on the campus, which is on the north edge of Redfield.
