State of South Dakota has Online Sales Tax Case Waiting for the US Supreme Court

The State of South Dakota is waiting to see if the US Supreme Court will accept a case dealing with online sales tax. The South Dakota Supreme Court ruled a state law that mandated those collections was unconstitutional.
