The State of South Dakota will wrap up the 2018 fiscal year this week and should be about right on the numbers.
Governor Dennis Daugaard says while sales tax trends have been mostly on track, the month of May saw a dip of about five million dollars……

Daugaard says he still expects the budget to have a surplus to roll over into next years…..
The legislature approved a budget of about one point five billion dollars for this fiscal year.
