The Yankton County Commission held a special meeting Friday to approve a temporary truck route to and from Napa Junction northwest of Yankton. A major construction project will begin this week, which will bring twenty-four-hour truck traffic in and out of the site.
Commission Chairman Todd Woods says the main route into the site is still under construction…..

The concrete trucks will travel north on Highway 81, then west on the Tabor oil, then south to the site. Woods says they tried to pick the route that would cause the least disruption…..

Woods says other drivers will have to be watching to the heavy traffic for most of the week…..

Dakota Plains will be building the main structure for their unit train loading facility.
