The South Dakota House returns to Pierre on Tuesday for a special session to deal with the question of impeaching Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.
Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton was also a member of the Select Committee on Investigation that returned a recommendation not to impeach.
Cwach says there is no guide for this meeting….

Cwach says there may be motions to allow other recommendations…..

The committee recommendation to not impeach passed on a six to two party line vote. Cwach, a democrat, says despite that, he doesn’t think this is a partisan issue…..

If the House vote to impeach, which will take thirty-six votes, the trial before the Senate would start no sooner than May second.
