Southeastern Electric Cooperative based in Marion saw a jump in new service connections last year.

Schardin says with new services added, they have to constantly monitor their base structure….

Southeastern has about nineteen thousand customers in an area from west of Parkston to north of Yankton to areas around Sioux Falls.
