South Dakota voters could see a ballot issue next year that would legalize marijuana possession and use. There may also be some bills introduced in this year’s legislative session related to medical marijuana.
South Dakota Attorney General-elect Jason Ravnsborg says he would not support those initiatives..

Ravnsborg says he would need to see details of any medical marijuana proposal….

Marijuana use in some form has been legalized in Colorado, Iowa and Minnesota. Ravnsborg says that doesn’t change the situation in South Dakota….

Ravnsborg will be sworn in as the states Attorney General tomorrow (Saturday).
