South Dakota’s 24 – 7 sobriety testing program was featured at last week National Association of Attorneys General meeting in South Carolina.
South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley, who is also President of the association this year, said they made a presentation of how the program works………
Jackley was joined in the presentation by former Attorney General and now Circuit Judge Larry Long.
Jackley says the 24 – 7 program is really run at the local level….
Jackley says having the offenders help pay for the program is a major part of its success………
Jackley says Montana is also running a similar program with good success rates.
