A normally routine process to adopt their rules in the South Dakota Senate turned into a debate over sexual harassment, and how to respond to it.

Senator Brock Greenfield of Clark, the President Pro Tem, says they are responding to the issue……

The Senate then voted to adopt the rules as presented.
