South Dakota Representative Kristi Noem will be kicking off a farm bill tour this weekend.  She says the bill will become law with the President’s signature on Friday.  Then she’ll take to the country to explain the benefits of the new farm programs to farmers and ranchers.

However, Noem hopes to engage with those outside of agriculture about why the farm bill is also important to them.

She says details of the meeting dates and locations are forthcoming.
