The Executive Board of the South Dakota legislature, meeting in Sioux Falls this week, got an update on state investments, and the state retirement system.

Mickelson says the board also approved a raise for system Executive Director Rob Wylie……
According to open – SD dot gov, Wylie makes a base salary of just over one hundred thirty-six thousand dollars.
