South Dakota lawmakers got the first revenue estimates of the session, which will be used to write the budget.
House Appropriations Committee-Vice Chair, Representative Jean Hunhoff of Yankton, says there are some differences in the two estimates..

Hunhoff says they want to be conservative in future budgets…

She says the soft ag economy also plays into their planning.
Hunhoff says they will soon start filling in the budget blanks..

The revenue could add three to five million dollars to Governor Kristi Noem’s budget estimate.
