South Dakota legislators will soon begin pre-filing bills for the 2015 session.
Senator-elect Bernie Hunhoff of Yankton says he is working on some bills to deal with an old problem.

Hunhoff says they have to figure out a fair funding method.

Hunhoff says he thinks legislators make it too difficult.

Governor Dennis Daugaard delivers his budget address to lawmakers tomorrow (Tuesday) in Pierre. The legislative session starts on January 14th.
