Bills dealing with legislative pay raises are still alive in the South Dakota House and Senate.

Representative Mike Stevens of Yankton says he supports the raise….

Stevens says he thinks legislators should take the votes on their own pay…..

Stevens says he has been watching out for state employees……

Both bills will be on the floor of the House and Senate, and then will have to be conferenced.
