There will be fifty-nine republicans in the South Dakota House at the start of the 2019 session, down one from the last two years.
House Majority Leader Lee Qualm of Platte sent a letter to all the members during the interim, asking them to support the GOP caucus.
He says there are lots of different views among the members…..
