A bill that would prohibit collective bargaining by employees of the Board of Regents was approved in the House State Affairs Committee Wednesday.

House Majority Leader Lee Qualm of Platte moved do pass on the bill…..

The bill passed out of committee on an eight to five vote. It will next be debated on the House floor.
