The South Dakota FFA Foundation is celebrating its “Blue Jacket Program.”  Geri Eide, the FFA Foundation executive director explains the “Blue Jacket Program offers the traditional blue corduroy jacket to new FFA members.  Eide says the Blue Jacket Program has been in existence for 15 years, and this year reached the milestone of awarding its 3,000th jacket.  The South Dakota FFA executive says members are appreciative when they receive their own traditional FFA blue corduroy jacket.  Eide encourages FFA alumni, organizations, and individuals to join the Blue Jacket program and donate funds for jackets for the future.
