There have been no major supply disruptions from the coronavirus or Covid-19 outbreak for one local fertilizer business. That’s according to Darrell Hora, General Manager for Mettler Fertilizer Incorporated which has offices in Menno, Tripp, Freeman and Hurley-Viborg.

He says some of the raw ingredients they get for their herbicides and insecticides come from China but so far no problem in having those disrupted or halted.

Hora says for the most part it’s business as usual for their company.

Hora says it’s unfortunate this virus has become a pandemic and he’s hoping people take the proper precautions to keep themselves safe and healthy.
