For close to 20 years South Dakota county farm bureau’s have been providing donations to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.  Davison-Hanson County Farm Bureau President Cindy Foster says this year they were able to provide over a thousand dollars worth of groceries to the Ronald McDonald houses in Sioux Falls which serve the entire state.

Foster says in addition they’ve been delivering fresh milk every week to each of the Ronald McDonald Houses. She says by donating it’s a great way for farmers and ranchers to connect with consumers.

She says the needs of those using Ronald McDonald House charities has been growing.

Foster says Farm Bureau always starts planning for each year’s charity drive after the first of the year.
