South Dakota Farm Bureau members are gathering this weekend in Sioux Falls for their annual meeting. President Scott Vanderwal says everything gets underway today and they’ll be hearing from various speakers and working out policy resolutions during the meeting.
Vanderwal says they’ll also talk about the regulatory changes proposed by the EPA and the opportunity to continue opposing the agencies Waters of the U.S. rule. He says although the public comment period has closed they’ll now be working with the new Congress for more permanent fixes.
The meeting runs today and Saturday in Sioux Falls.
