The Government Operations & Audit Committee is holding a meeting on September 24th to discuss the concerns and discrepancies within the EB5 program. In a media conference Tuesday, State Senator Larry Lucas and Democratic Leader Bernie Hunhoff talked about their concerns with the parties involved in the program.

Hunhoff spoke for himself and Senator Lucas about their expectations for the meeting in September.

Senator Lucas is currently serving as a member of GOAC. He says answers are needed.
