South Dakota Corn Growers Association members will be holding their resolution meeting in December in Sioux Falls. Legislative and Marketing Director Teddi Mueller says the deadline to submit resolutions is today.

She says they have resolutions looking at amending past policies and some related to renewable fuels issues.

Mueller says the finalized resolutions will be used for their policy discussions including the 2021 state legislative session. She expects that dicussion to center around taxes and the recent USDA approval for farmers growing industrial hemp.

Mueller says they’ll be working to educate legislators on their key issues.
