Twenty-nine republican members of the US House have been appointed to the conference committee that will come up with a final version of the farm bill.
South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem is not in that group…..

Noem says despite differences with the Senate version of the farm bill, she expects final passage before the end of September.
