Positive coronavirus cases in South Dakota jumped again Wednesday but some of that was due to additional testing.

Two hundred seventy-three people are currently in the hospital. There have been over two hundred eight thousand people tested in the state so far, with over twenty-five thousand total confirmed positive cases since the pandemic took off.
