If you get hungry while attending the Dakotafest at Mitchell, you may want to visit the South Dakota Cattlemen Association booth located at C-704 at the northwest corner of the farm show grounds.  There, you will find some great tasting beef sandwiches.  South Dakota Cattlemen Association Executive Director Taya Runyan tells us more about the beef that will be served during Dakotafest.  Runyan says the beef booth will be an excellent opportunity to visit with state cattle leaders about issues facing the cattle and beef industries.  In addition to serving beef, a few cattlemen will participate in a farm bill forum.  Dakotafest is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 16th and will continue through Thursday, August 18th.  WNAX 570 radio will be broadcasting live from Dakotafest.
