South Dakota Ag Secretary Mike Jaspers was among the first to leave, he will be followed by Education Secretary Don Kirkegaard next month.
There may be more Cabinet Secretaries to follow as Governor Dennis Daugaard wraps up his eight years in Pierre.

Either democrat Billie Sutton, or republican Kristi Noem will be sworn in as the states next governor in January.
