A ballot issue that could put constraints on prescription drug prices is facing a court challenge.
Sherry Kurtz-Anderson says her group, “South Dakotans Against the Deceptive R-X Ballot Issue,” is taking those petitions to court……

Kurtz-Anderson says they believe several laws were violated in the petition process……

Kurtz-Anderson says they also oppose the ballot issue itself…..

There will be a hearing in circuit court on August first and second on the petition challenge.
