Nebraska’s economy is expected to grow solidly during the summer months, according to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Bureau of Business Research.
Director Eric Thompson says the latest leading economic indicator improved slightly in February.

A drop in initial unemployment claims during January also helped boost the index.
