As working groups prepare to meet again this week,MInnesota Governor Mark Dayton has not set any deadline for lawmakers to decide if a special session is necessary. The regular legislative session begins March 8th, but Dayton says:

Dayton says a special session in January is his preference, but even getting lawmakers together in early February would be better than not having a special session at all.
